David Kuhn leads WWF’s resilience work with the private sector. In his role, he works with multinational companies to provide guidance on sustainability initiatives and goals, helps them develop a deep understanding of current climate change impacts and future risks in strategy, and works in landscapes around the world to take a participatory, multi-stakeholder based approach to prioritize, design, and test adaptation and resilience innovations.

David has worked with the Coca-Cola Company, Columbia University, Yum! Brands, McCormick, and others along with local communities and governments to disseminate and scale lessons learned from this process to mainstream social-ecological resilience approaches across landscapes and industry.

David holds an M.S. in natural resources from the University of Vermont School, was a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua, and earned a B.S. in psychology from Penn State University.
