ENGLISH GREY SALL holds a PhD in industrial organizational psychology from North Carolina State University. She is cofounder of an organization called Impact Thread, which specializes in organizational development and metrics and evaluation for social impact and humanitarian aid organizations. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband, son, and two dogs. She is a member of the Sall Family Foundation.
