Manjyot is the Senior Program Officer, US and International Climate Cooperation at World Wildlife Fund-US and coordinates the Alliances for Climate Action initiative on behalf of WWF and its global and national partners, providing strategic support to a growing body of national alliances across North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia and Asia-Pacific. Alliances for Climate Action engage with subnational and non-state actors including companies, investors, subnational governments, academic institutions, and other civil society actors to take ambitious climate action and work in partnership with their national governments to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement for an inclusive, 1.5C aligned transition in their countries.

Given her background and expertise in subnational and non-state climate action, Manjyot serves as a member of the Expert Peer Review Group (EPRG) to the UN-backed Race to Zero Campaign that rallies actors to take rigorous, credible, and immediate action to halve global emissions by 2030 and deliver a healthier, fairer zero carbon world no later than 2050.
